About Woodbury Meditation & Yoga Center

Your experience at the Woodbury Meditation & Yoga Center

The Woodbury Meditation & Yoga Center first opened its doors in 1984.  At the Woodbury Meditation & Yoga Center we believe that the answers to all questions lie within us and are accessible through the practices of daily meditation and yoga. For the last 35 years, it has been our purpose to share this understanding and the benefits of these practices with all who attend our center. Our secluded, scenic location allows you to begin your yoga experience the moment you arrive.  As you walk up the wooded path leading to our center, the silence and beauty of the surroundings promotes a peaceful prelude to your yoga class. During each 90 minute yoga class, our experienced instructors guide you through authentic hatha yoga postures and techniques that not only heal and strengthen your body and mind, but also relieve stress and promote inner peace.  Try a class for free and see first hand how yoga can change your life - just click on the link on the right side of this page and print out our "Free Coupon."  Come on Sunday evenings at 7 pm for complimentary instructions in meditation.
